Hello, Making a"hold for" a part of the file name will usually make no difference since the user is not exposed to the file name prior to downloading. And, making the phrase a part of the title automatically changes the file name to include that phrase in it when you download the file since files are renamed when submitted. What I have usually done in the past is to include a note in the comments field along with the title change. You are right, Cindy, but lately there have been severall books with hold for that were picked up by someone other than the person for whom they were meant. That is probably what made Jill ask that question. Then the validator needs to remove it before uploading, since it's not really part of the title and shouldn't be on it when it goes into the collection. If I'm wrong, I'm sure somebody will correct me. smile Cindy --- Jill O'Connell <jillocon@xxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > I saw the None left there too when I checked if the > book ended up on the > step 1 page, and I have no idea what I did or didn't > do to cause that.
