Subject: [bksvol-discuss] What does Ibid mean

Dear Booksharian Friends,

I'm nearing the end of J R R Tolkien Sanctifying Myth, one of the 3 Tolkien
books I'm determined to finish very soon. This meticulously researched book
has 138 pages of text and 80 pages of notes, index and bibliography.

The notes section is 38 pages long. Over and over again I see Ibid.
Sometimes it just says something like Ibid., 265. or Ibid., followed by a
number of page numbers like 7 of them.

Since I'm reading IBid repeatedly, I'd like to know what it means.

Thanks for cluing me in.

Always with love,

Lissi
