Thanks for the feedback. Those questions weren’t required, though if you
answered the first one, you’d have to answer the second. I’m sorry this was
misleading and confusing though, and I’ll definitely take that into account

I also have a comment on the survey. The last two questions are for volunteers
who have not volunteered in a while, but I was forced to answer those questions
in some way before I could submit the survey. Since I am a very active
volunteer, I found this unsettling if my data are included in your survey
evaluation.

I had no issues with the volunteer survey with IE 11 and JAWS 16. I do have a
piece of feedback. You have a question regarding native languages and whether a
person would be willing to use language skills to help Bookshare. By
restricting this to native language speakers, as opposed to fluent language
speakers/readers, you cut out a lot of potential volunteer help from people who
have advanced language skills.

to have problems with other survey software and that browser, but this one was

I could not even access the survey.
I copied the URL beginning with h and ending with P but when I got to the
survey website I received the message that there was no such survey.
Then I copied the url leaving off the capitalized p at the end of the url but
still got the same message.
The url did not appear as a link in the email which is why I had to copy it.
I use window Eyes version 9.
