Cindy, I never care who answers my questions, just so they are answered.
(smile) There are a lot of breaks in this manuscript, but so far it all
seems to be there. I am reading through the whole thing because the indices
are in the back. However, I don't see any page numbers. Am I responsible
for inserting page numbers? Oh, I bet the breaks are where pics would go.
(smile) Still I am wondering about numbering pages. Thanks.
