Hi Jamie:
I took your example of Katherine Applegate and this is what I did to narrow
down the results.
I went to the advanced search link and in the author field I simply typed in
Applegate with no quotes. I got 118 results. then in the combo box to modify
results, I can see books by Katherine Applegate, K.A. Applegate, etc.
