Primarily, I'm using Word. I also proof books on the BN, but make the actual
changes on the computer. I don't want to mess up the formatting.

If you'll tell us what software you are using to proofread, I can
probably tell you a simple way to get rid of unwanted paragraph marks using the
find and replace dialogue.

Hi,
I proofed this book by listening to it, and I learned a valuable lesson.
I should have looked at it also, because the line breaks do not appear to be
correct. Some lines are of normal length, while others are very short. This
book was put back into the download pool with a hold for me. I had asked that
the hold be removed because I did not have the time or the knowledge to fix the
line spacing. So, if someone else would like to take a look at it, please feel
free.
I'd also be interested in knowing if there's a simple way to fix the line
spacing issue rather than going through the book a line at a time. Many thanks.
