If you are a member of the NLS program, and the book is in their collection, they provide this information. Otherwise, I don't know of a site.

Hi,
I do not want this to become a long drawn out discussion of senssorship or anything like that. I am asking this for my own use and info. I am trying to find a site that gives info about whether or not a book contains adult content, strong language, sexual descriptions, graphically described violence, etc. I am asking here simply because I can’t seem to find a site like this myself and don’t know of any other group that might be more likely to know of such a thing.
If no responses then it is a dead issue.
Thanks.
