I had to go to the APH site myself to see what you
were talking about, Siobhan, and I see why it's not on
Amazon and why it's so expensive.

The title really is Something Special, not A Special
Something, if it's the one I found, which is listed at
$51. The description, as you know, doesn't give the
author. It has actual objects "fixed to the book
pages."

It is a shame that these things are so expensive. It
would be nice if there were libraries for the blind so
that one could borrow the various books and other
objects. Years ago, as George might remember, there
were, in neighborhoods, lending libraries in addition
to public libraries. For a small fee, people could
borrow books and then return them. Perhaps here's an
idea for some of you. If you happen to live in a area
where there are enough blind people, you could buy
books and educational objects and lend them out for a
small fee, until you recovered your investment--then
lend them for nothing.

Hi all. This deals with books, so hopefully I won't
get booted for this. I was looking for a book caled
a special something, about a little boy looking for
a skeleton key. I find it on APH's site, they want
fifty one dollars for it. I don't suppose anyone
out there has it and is willing to let me borrow it?
Fifty one bucks? I can't believe that. Ok
shutting up now.
Siobhan still in shock
