WOW!! WOW!! WOW!!!

Perfect!! The Control N didn't work (I should have
tried option N, too, perhaps) but the open new window
from the file menu did! Actually, it took me to my
home page, but as you said, from there I could click
on another site and still have the first window stay
open. This is going to save me time--perhaps not a
lot, but each few seconds add up. Thank you so much
for that info.

I have learned so much about using my computer and
Word since volunteering for bookshare -- and, as I've
said before, become introduced to so many new authors
-- I should really be paying bookshare for the
experience (smile).
