As Gerald says, the problem that you describe is
usually that the info on the form is wrong. The
submitter puts in the wrong info and the validator
didn't check and change it when uploading.

But did you do the original validation? If so, as
Gerald says, all you have to do is to re-upload with
the correct information about the copyright holder in
the correct space.

However, if someone else did the validation, the copy
you downloaded is *not* the validated copy but the
original copy. Either you'll have to validate, as well
as put the correct info in the space, or hope that the
validator see your post and still has the valdiated
copy of the book to re-submit. Did the validator put
his/her name anywhere, like in the synopsis or
comments?
