Hi Bob! You can delete a page break by placing your cursor just after it andpressing control plus shift plus enter. That will merge the two pages. Isthat what you wanted to do? However, there are some places where I need to delete page breaks and Kurzweil won't easily let me do that.I know I could set a mark above thepage break and cut below it, which is a rather tedious way of doing things, but I wind up losing the bottom line of one page and the top line of the next page, which is even more tedious. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Thanks. You can insert page breaks using Kurzweil, if you know where they should go. Just place your cursor where you want the page break to be inserted and press control plus enter. That's hold down the control key and hit enter. And voila! A new page break appears! Hope that helps! Unfortunately my Microsoft Word decided to take a hike this weekend and I can't do the changes needed in Kurzweil. So, I'm returning it to step 1 (whatever it's called now). I hope someone will take this book and treat it with the tender love an care it needs. I have cleaned it up and all it really needs is re-pagination. There are a lot of scientific and governmental acronyms that may befuddle a spell checker. But don't let that scare you away. (A note to scannors: it appears that this book was scanned two pages at atime but the software was in single page mode.) If so, that's a guaranteedreturn. Please help me out here.
