You're right. It is a good idea to go back. Usually the font etc. is so different that it leaves the title, etc., alone--but that's when they are in a different font. Or if I hit "Yes" when asked to check the beginning after it's finished the rest of the document. In one book, the title re-appeared in the text later on and was eliminated, but I caught that in the reading and put it back in.
