I figured out the hot keys mostly for the rank spelling, but some of
them do not seem to work the same in regular spell check.
I am working on this particular document now in word so I have my
medical speller, but there are lot of words I know are words that it
does not recognize such as nontender and other "non" words. If I ever
get bored I will run it back through K1000 and really do some additions,
but not right now.
In fact, I don't want to see this project again too soon, but trust me,
I will finish it.

Hi, Rose! Just FYI, if you are in Ranked Spelling and you're not sure
of the shortcut keys or the options available for a given situation,
press F1 once to get the list of shortcut keys. Alternatively, you can
tab through the options and press Enter on the one you want. Don't
worry, you won't have near this many problems with future validations.
