Hello,
The reviews are available to all individuals who have access to the
Bookshare.org site. As far as I'm aware, the reviews are not restricted to
subscribers. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
You're welcome to write reviews regarding the content, the scan quality,
missing or extraneous content, etc. In other words, you can include any
pertinent information about the existing scan that you see fit.
