The copy in the collection looks better than the one on step one.

If I found that the copy on step 1 was considerably better, I would first try to contact the submitter so a BSO could be put on the book; if this fails and you are willing to validate the book, you can change the title by adding the BSO. You didn't say what rating the book has in the collection or else I missed it; if the rating is excellent, then I would probably just reject the book on step 1. I was just looking at the step one page to see if there was anything I wanted to validate. I saw a book called Broken On The Back Row by Sandy Patti. I thougt I had seen it in the collection before so looked. It is there and rated so thought I'd let the list know.
