Thanks, Linda, I'm glad I sent that because my memory obviously mislead me about how to record with Talkcom. <smile>

Thanks also for the command summary. I'll definitely put this in a safe place.

Hi, Evan. For the recorder in the conference room, press alt R to start and stop recording. When you start recording, it will ask for file name. type a name of your choosing and hit enter. The recording will be saved in My Documents under My Conferences and will be in a subfolder called whatever name you chose for your file. Your sound file itself will have an MP3 extension. To see what will be ciscussed, press F6. To see who is in the room, press F7. To send a text message, press F8. To read text messages, press F9. Alt R stops recording. To bring the volume up, alt M and right arrow to the point that is comfortable.

I believe it is control r to start recording in Talkcom, but how do I stop? I need to record the chat tomorrow night, but I don't want to start unless I know how to stop. I would guess that it's just control r again, but I don't want to assume that.

More generally, is there a way to get a list of commands for the Talkcom program?

Thanks much.

Evan
