Doug may be proof Shelley's scan if I get even busier again with the new box of books coming. I do not have medical insurance and we have very limited help so even paying out of pocket is not a real option, but I think I have a tear in my trapezius that is aggravated by caring for and lifting Nichole as well as excessive scanning. Moderation, rest, and anti-inflamatories as well as some gentle stretching seem to minimize its effects.
