If you have enough page numbers in the book to know how to number the
remaining pages, then feel free to do so.

Actually I did mean page breaks.  Some page numbers are there and some are
not.  The scan was pretty good considering much of the language in the book
is older English line hath and doth, and a lot of unusual names but it's a
book I'm really enjoying.  It won't be perfect but hopefully it will be a
help to the project.
