It did, but that expired last year. I called HP, but they can't repair it or
replace it. Hopefully the new one will be better!

Yikes! My scanner has suddenly died. It's thumping and scraping, and no one
repairs scanners. So this means I won't be able to scan or fix anything
anyone finds wrong with the books I've submitted without sighted help for
now. I just ordered a new scanner from Amazon, but it'll be about two weeks
at the most before it gets here since I chose free shipping. I guess this
explains why one of my books refuses to scan properly right now. Not cool.
