Just finished uploading "Old Witch Rescues Halloween!" by Wende and Harry
Devlin.
Long Synopsis: Old Witch uses her magic to overcome Mr. Butterbean's edict
against Halloween.
Comments: The title page is correct with the words For Heather in italics
