I have run into another problem. I am trying to submit a file named BSOMiss Minerva and William Green Hill. I keep getting a "sorry. Error" message, but nowhere can I find what the error is. I made sure this is not a zip file--deleted the zip copy from My Documents, in fact, so I wouldn't do it out of habit. I tried it with and without the hyphen in the filename. I wonder, since Bookshare isn't going to have fair books on this site, do I need to remove the BSO from the filename and title? Also, there is no ISBN available for the book, since it was published before those numbers began their existence. There is a discrepancy between the ISBN listing on the first page and where one can edit, too--I may have inadvertently done that. On the first page it appears as ISBN10: and on the edit page it just appears as ISBN. I also wonder whether the automatic process it goes through while it is uploading might kick it back? It is really a good scan--in proofing it, I only found two or three scannos to fix; but it is full of conversation, all of which is written in dialect, which, of course, drives spell checkers nuts! All these things are just my speculations about why it might not go. I frankly don't know, and would appreciate advice. Should I have reported it to the support team? My thinking was that they're all probably busy enough without that, if someone better with computers and their peculiarities could offer some advice. Thank you in advance!
