I am always somewhat amused at the seeming fuss over cooking turkey.
My wife and I cook turkey and turkey breasts all the time.
We have it down to a science I guess as we are able to cook the turkey and
dressing in around3 hours or so with little mess or bother.
It's probably more work for my wife to make homemade lasagna or pizza than
to put together a turkey dinnner.
And thanks to cooking bags, it's less messy too.
