Hi Sue,

Hit the far left thumb key and the space bar, will toggle between, Speech On, Speech on Request and Speech off. Also, if you hit far right thumb key and space bar it will turn off and on the Braille display. Braille display goes off speech automatically comes on, not the other way around I am afraid.

I have a mpower QT, so am always happy to help. Smile.

The help key, on the bottom row, is also a great little tool.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] O.T.: Help With Braille Note

Hi All,

I have the new deaf/blind communicator. One unit is the mpower Braille
Note. I have the qwerty keyboard, and am wondering if someone could please
tell me how to shut the speech off.

Thanks in advance,
Sue S.
