I hope that your book eventually showed up on the Queue for you! Let me know if
it still hasn't.
This is a known issue on our end, and is effecting Bookshare system-wide, not
just volunteer books. Engineering has been working on speeding up the backend
indexing that is holding books up. They released a patch last week that was
supposed to help reduce the strain, but unfortunately didn't work as expected.
I believe a new patch is going out today.
In the meantime, Susan is correct, there can just be significant lag time--it
doesn't mean that you are doing anything incorrectly.

Larry had the same problem a couple of days ago. The book finally showed up.
Just try to be patient (which sometimes is difficult to do) as it sometimes
can take as long as 24 hours to appear!
