Volunteers,

Naguib Marfouz was Egypt's Nobel Literature Prize winner in 1988. A quick check
after the revolution showed that we had 11 of his books. This afternoon we
purchased 21 more that vendors will process and add to the collection in coming
weeks. The books are:

Miramar
Wedding Song
Autumn Quail
The Beginning and the End
The Beggar
Respected Sir
Fountain and Tomb
Palace of Desire
The Time and Place
The Journey of Ibn Fattouma
Adrift on the Nile
The Harafish
Arabian Nights and Days
Children of the Alley
Echoes of an Autobiography
The Dreams
Life's Wisdom
Dreams of Departure: The Last Dreams Published in the Nobel Laureate's Lifetime
Karnak Cafe
Morning and Evening Talk
Cairo Modern
