I am working on several craft books as it is an interest of mine.

Smile.

Several on basketry actually will let you all know when they are done.

I found a lot of books in my library catalog that
could be scanned, but nothing in the bookshare
collection that has "basket" or "crafts" in the title.
The books I found in the library when I put basketry
as a subject browse all had basketry or basket in the
title. Nor did I see any category in the browse
categories section of bookshare that would seem to
yield books like those. Putting Native American in the
title search only yielded one book on Native American
religion, and colonial yielded nothing either.

Of course, if the person joins bookshare, she could
scan books on crafts and hopefully somebody would be
interested enough to validate them. I suspect the
problem would be the illustrations, of which I would
think there would be quite a few, but maybe the
directions would be clear enough that they wouldn't be
needed.
