Cindy, I did find the book on Amazon in their used book
section. :) So at least I know the title and author are
correct. The book is only $6 including shipping, so I'm going to
order it if my email post doesn't turn up a submitter. If I do
that, I'll get the missing pages and then trade it on Paperback Swap
for another book to scan for Bookshare.
