Hi Natasha and others,
We discovered a bug in the system today relating to resetting the
password. The bug has been fixed but will be deployed only on Wednesday.
The engineering team has been manually resetting log ins for
volunteers/members running into this issue. I have notified them of your
issue Natasha and will be in touch when they have fixed it.
If anyone else has the same problem please feel free to write in and
I'll report it on your behalf.
