Lissi,

To left justify text in Word:

Select the text you want to left justify.

Pull down the Format menu.

Choose Paragraph from the menu.

The first field in the dialog box is a combo box called Alignment. That's
the one you want for left justifying.

Hit the down arrow until you see left then hit Enter.

HTH

Gerald

Dear Tom,

Your advice about justifying the left margin and making indentations as
needed seems exactly what I should do. Would you tell me how to access that
command. I listened to the choices in all of the menus and couldn't find
margins. I know the command or whatever should be obvious, but nothing with
computers is obvious to me.

Thanks.

Always with love,

Lissi
