Hi, Evan,

The hotkey is shift+control+= (shift control equals).
However, I was under the impression that we no longer need to superscript
footnote numbers. Am I incorrect.
The last book where I had footnote numbers to superscript, this hotkey saved my
sanity!

  Hey Folks,

I've got this book I want to put on the Check Out page that has something
like close to 200 reference notes in it. I need to superscript the note numbers
where they appear in the book. I know there's a menu for this, but if there was
a keyboard shortcut that would superscript selected text similar to the
shortcuts for bolding or italicizing, that would sure be great. Anyone know if
there is one, and what it is?

  Thanks a bunch.

  Evan
