-Remember, Jesse's list is just of the books we cannot
see,i.e., books fromthe download list volunteers are
validating or books in the administrator's approval
pipeline. We still need to check the collection itself
and the download list before we scan a book to be sure
it isn't already there. Probably this reminder isn't
necessary, but there may be some newbies who don't
realize that.
