If I know about it, I usually email Jake to remove books when they are added to the collection. As a matter of fact I emailed him about Lest Darkness Fall. I will go through the list and see if any others have been redone.

If you click on the book and it has redone it will give you error.

Is it possible to remove a book from Jake's rescan
list? I just tried and was unable to, nor did I see a
way to add a note that someone is going to rescan a
particular book.
