Hi Jill: I bought amd installed the Microsoft office for Teachers and Students XP and it comes with two more CD-roms, one is a complete tutorial of the program features and the other is a series of animations and things that you can add to your works. I don't know which Microsoft Office you have but it also has a help feature and if you're online hte program connects you to the microsoft site also. My operating system is XP home with word 2002. I am going to need to invest in a tutorial if I continue to use this word processor. Does anyone use Word Perfect instead; if so what is your evaluation? Jaws has a tutorial for version 10. I hope this isn't considered off topic, but I am trying to decide which method is the best for me in validating books as I want to do the best possible job that I can. I am using a braille display with my computer as well and need some assistance in configuring it, but my main concern right now is which word processor to use. Thanks for anyone's ideas. Jill
