Here's another tip that you might find helpful. If you only want to copy part of a cell to the clipboard do the following: Go to the cell in question. Press f2 to say you want to edit the cell. Find the word or words you want to copy. Select them with the shift or control keys and the left or right arrows. Press ctrl+c to copy the selected portion to the clipboard. Press escape or cancel to say you really didn't want to edit the cell after all. Voilah, the data is yours.
