Not getting a copy that shows up in the list.
It helps a lot in not sending test messages.

I'm confused. Do you mean your list e-mails aren't being sent at all, that they're not showing up in your sent items, or that you aren't getting a copy
of them?
If it's the third option, you have to set that option individually for each
list you're subscribed to as far as I know.
