I just wanted to share a note from another staff member-you all aren't the only
ones who suffer when a publisher book overrides one already in the collection!

Hi Madeleine -
It might not help, but as I clean up duplicates, a LOT of them are ones
Bookshare paid to have done. Sometimes the PQ came in just 1 month after the
vendor-done book :(. I don't know if it would help the volunteers to know they
aren't the only ones feeling the pain...
