Hi Ann,
I'm using Jaws 12. I will try that when I upload my next book. It is just
since I started using Internet Explorer 9 that I have trouble with the combo
box. Always before it just said "excellent quality".

Hi Sue,
What screen reader are you using? You need to open the combo box
usually done by pressing 'enter' first, then doing an alt-down-arrow.
