Honestly, I pay minimal attention to the book's rating as that isn't why I
would choose or not choose to look at something.
The ratings are subjective, not objective, hence there is no assurrance
that an excellent book will prove to be that or a fair to be that also.
If quantative scores of some sort, such as that the Bookshare system shows
following the upload of a title into the administrative queue,
then perhaps such ratings might prove more of a yardstick.
