I just received an email from both the volunteer who submitted the book, and
the volunteer who validated it. Turns out the word "copyright" is not present
on the copyright page, but instead there is the copyright symbol, which of
course would be easy to miss. So, this seems to be a valid submission.

I just checked it out and the info on pages 3-5 doesn't specifically say
anything about copyright. Page 5 gives publishing dates for the book. It
doesn't really look like my kind of book so I'm going to release it, but I
thought this might help.
