Dear Monica, Currently I handle blank pages this way. If I've been numbering at the bottom I page break, line 1 blank line 2 I type, blank page line 3 blank line 4 page number line 5 blank line page break. If I've been numbering at the top page break line one blank line 2 page number line 3 blank line 4 I type, blank page line 5 blank line page break This has been acceptable to the admin, but I'll change my formula if I learn a better way. I'm sure there various other acceptable ways to process blank pages. We all have small variations in our style. Always with love, Lissi ----- Original Message ----- From: Monica Cortada To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, April 17, 2006 4:56 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Blank Numbered Pages A book I'm scanning occasionally inserts a blank page so that a new section always starts on the right hand side. The blank pages don't have numbers printed on them, but they are counted. Should I add the number and a note like [Page intentionally left blank.]? Monica
