Hey Guys,
I just tried, several times, to log into Bookshare but it keeps telling me
that the username and/or password is not valid. So, just on the off chance
that I had forgotten my password, I requested a change password email. When
I entered the new password I wanted into the field, and confirmed it, it
warned me that the new password must not match the original. Meaning, that I
had not forgotten my password after all and I was entering it correctly all
the time and failing to log in.
So, is anyone else having trouble logging in?
