against a Kindle copy and the letter was o acute. I will follow up.

Those question marks are probably from misscanned Spanish letters with accent
marks.
I'd suggest going to that book's page on BookShare and filling out a book
quality report. You have to be specific, though, so include things like page
numbers or even the sentence where that mistake appears. That way, Kathy (the
person who usually responds to those kinds of emails) can go and fix it.

I've downloaded a book as Daisy text. Grim: The Icy Touch. There's some
Spanish in this book. In Chapter there are words which have questionmarks in
the middle. I don't understand why and I'm somewhat disheartened. I'm not
sure whether or who to contact.
