Dear Jackie, and Booksharians,
I'll See you at 7:30, and I hope some back up comes forth to assist you
because helping a host of us with a sore throat is daunting and you could be
swamped with people asking how to be there to receive our Christmas present
from Bookshare, an evening with Jim Fruchterman.
Oh, and you're right about Pat's patient helpfulness. Her name should be Pat
Priceless. I think I'm being truly clever giving the credit she's due in
this cutesy manner, but I imagine she's been recognized by this alteration
of her name many times in her life!

After Pat's note, I guess it'd be ok if we used the community room to
try to resolve some tech issues some folks are havin w/Internet
explorer.
So, unless u have no objection, Pat, I'll be up there at 4:30 pacific,
5:30 mountain, 6:30 central, & 7:30 eastern to first try to resolve
those issues which are interfering w/volunteers' use of BookShare, &
then just to try to answer other tech questions which folks might
have. I'd love any & all assistance, too, so whether u need help or
can give it, I'd welcome all comers. If folks are up there at that
time talking about other stuff, I dunno what to do then, I guess I'll
just have to take a chance.
Hope to see some folks there. If Pat has any objection or other
ideas, hopefully she'll communicate those. I for 1 appreciate what
she's doing.
