Hello Everyone, I've been late in getting this info to you. I have $504.00 remaining in the snow plow fund. That is a refund of $3.36 per lot for those who contributed $60.00 or more. Anyone who contributed that would like to see the accounting please contact me.There are several options: If you would like your money refunded ($3.36 per lot) please contact me to make arrangements to pick it up. I will not mail refunds or write personal checks for this amount.Several people asked if it could be saved for next winter should we need to collect again. Please let me know if you would like me to do thisSeveral people inquired if it could be used for Spring/Summer maintenance. There are several items to consider for this.Pinnacle Homes will be maintaining the entrances for Phase II as this is where they are selling homes. That solves the issue for Phase II.Phase I needs to figure out what to do with their entrances and common areas. For the past several years a few homeowners have taken it upon themselves to mow, and weed. They have done this at their own expense, use of personal equipment, and time. They often go unrecognized. I would like to recognize and thank the following families for doing so. If I missed anyone I apologize. Thank you to the Grathoffs.Joachimis,Brehms,Mullers/Ureels, Wolfs,Milewskis,Livermores. Phase II homeowners have also stepped up to maintain in Phase II before Pinnacle came in. I do not have those names but thank you to you as well. I would like to know if anyone is interested in forming a committee to take bids for lawn maintenance in Phase I for this coming season. This would be for lawn cutting only.Would homeowners in Phase I be willing to contribute money towards this effort?Would those who have refunds for snow plowing coming to them be willing to donate their refund towards this cause?Would anyone be willing to chair, and create a schedule for volunteer homeowners to step forward and take a turn at cutting one of the entrances once a week for the summer? It should not fall on the few who have been doing it for the past several tears. If you have a lawn service perhaps you could pay them to cut one time.Much of this just involves Phase I since Phase II will be taken care of by Pinnacle homes. We are all one community so maybe some of those in Phase II would be willing to donate their snow plow refund for Phase I maintenance. Please let me know your thoughts on the above items. I will gladly return monies to those who request it. Names will not be published. Lastly there still seems to be some confusion on how to reach the Birkdale emails.
