On Sunday 2/13 we saw an estimate of about 3,000 sandhills on the loop roads
off Hwy 86 in Cecilia. Tabb Road was an excellent place to look, as was
Bethlehem Academy Road. We saw several dead cranes and other birds on the ice
at a lake on Route l375. I wonder how they died and if officials will
investigate their deaths.
