[birdky] proposed budget cuts

I scanned today's Lexington Herald Leader story which provides a list of 70 
programs the governor wishes to eliminate.  I did not notice a program linked 
to the nature preserves or to the staffing of wildlife biologists.  Does anyone 
see something I do not?
