I didn't see the Eastern Kingbird I had been seeing for a couple of days and thought it had left. Then today there were 2 Kingbirds leapfrogging from perch to perch ahead of us on the fence line on the way home from our afternoon walk. For a moment I thought there was a third one on the fence but the third bird was an Eastern Phoebe. Maybe Hurricane Isidore ran 'em back this way and when they set out a second time Hurricane Lili ran 'em back again.
