While at Sloughs WMA this weekend, I was reminded of a mallard/ pintail hybrid duck that we caught this past February during our winter banding. I sent the pictures to Dr. Ritchison to post on the KOS website if anyone was interested in taking a look. Lexington cemetery on Sunday had all of the winter birds (juncos, white-throated sparrows, ect..) I was very happy to see a red-headed woodpecker and a yellow-bellied sapsucker.
