Went to Jeffersonville this AM to try to find the White Winged Scoter. Saw the Scoter between 10:00 and 11:00 several times. It was originally hanging with 14 Lesser Scaup. However ended up flying up river on its' own. Eddie Huber and I tried finding it at Duffy's Landing with no luck. Travelled to Grayson County Horntown Rd and Oak Grove Rd area later in the PM. Found 4 Brewer's Blackbirds and got to see 5 Short-eared Owls while their this eve.
