The white wing scoter as of about noon today was still being seen at the
Jeffersonville Overlook area. It has been close to shore and mixed with
scaup, mallards and 1 ring neck, sometimes it goes underneath a walking dock
area. I saw it briefly when I first arrived some 200 ft. or so from shore
but came back in and mixed with the other ducks.
